Privacy Notice
Responsible party: De Wet Goosen t/a Fabric Fanatics, Stellenbosch.
What we collect: your name, WhatsApp number, suburb and details of the items you want cleaned — only what you send us.
Why: to give you a quote and carry out the work. Nothing else.
How long: kept for the job and for our tax records, then deleted.
We never share or sell your details to anyone.
Your rights: you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the details we hold. Just message us on WhatsApp.
Terms & the guarantee
We test on a small hidden area before cleaning anything visible.
Our responsibility is limited to damage caused by our own failure to take reasonable care. Fabrics differ, and some carry an ordinary risk of reacting even when handled correctly — that risk stays with the item's owner.
Some things we can't promise to remove: ink, bleach marks, sun-fade, and set-in pet urine. We'll always tell you honestly before we start.
The guarantee: if you're not happy with anything we cleaned, we come back and re-clean it free. If you're still not happy, that item is free — we refund what you paid for it. The guarantee covers the cleaning result, not damage.
Full terms are shared with you on WhatsApp when you book, before any work begins. Payment is by EFT or direct transfer only.
